Full disclosure: flooring and interior design is not in my background. I come from the marketing world where I made other brands successful at reaching their audience, telling their story, and being authentic. So, why leave that and build an interior design brand from the ground up? Well, the vision and plan exist to help people take creative ownership in their personal spaces and change their expectations of online shopping. Yes, GoHaus is new to the scene, but we know what we’re about. We want to create an experience; simple, intuitive, tailored, and at the heart of it all – inspired.

Experience: The customer experience has moved so far away from what made customer service so important that people no longer expect to SPEAK with someone. It’s a world of “I guess I like this color,” or “I assume I need this much sq. ft.”, then you buy the product and wait for delivery. It’s to the point that people now refer to the retail business as B to C. Wait – when did we become letters?
At GoHaus, we believe that getting back to basics and engaging in a human-to-human relationship provides the best value and allows you to feel confident about your redesign and remodel. Imagine having a REAL person, your DESIGN CONSULTANT, to help in those tough design decisions.

Today, we have been desensitized in trying to figure that out on our own, while websites just show us what everyone else purchased. It’s your home and it should have your stamp on it.
